Following in his father’s footsteps, Josh joined Village Realty in 2003 as both a Realtor and Residential Appraiser.  Josh enjoys spending time with his amazing wife Bernie and their two children.  When he's not working, you will often find them all together at the lake or any local hockey rink.  Josh enjoys any sports, especially a good hockey game, hunting/fishing, and coaching within Hibbing’s youth sports programs.  As both a Realtor and a Certified Residential Appraiser, Josh always has a clear idea of property values in the area.
