Chad Baucom began his real estate career in 2001.  Growing up on the Iron Range, Chad has learned the skillset required to fulfill the needs for those interested in buying or selling.  With day to day industry changes, Chad keeps up to date with the most current marketing trends in the area.

Prior to a real estate/appraising career, Chad played Minor League Baseball with the Minnesota Twins and shortly after graduated from Hibbing Community College and the University of MN-Duluth.  He is currently married with 3 wonderful children.
